I ordered this zine and Issue 0 a few days ago, PayPal took my payment but there was an error with Itch.io. I contacted Customer Service, and they said they contacted you about the orders. Could you please check into these for me? Thank you.

This was the only response I got from them...

Assuming I like the two I've purchased, I'd like to buy the rest...but I would like to be able to know that the transactions would go through correctly. lol

Yes, but you still have my money, and I still don't show these issues as "owned" by me. They are not in my Library, and I will not be able to download them again if I ever need to.
